My key role at Tony's hack shack was to build complete custom home computers for a wide range of users, based upon customer's specific needs and wants. Starting from chassis down to the wiring color and cooling options. To assists in sales of wireless devices such as smart phones and tablets including setting up wireless carrier account's also diagnose and fix computer malfunctions in-store or in-home via ghosting program preinstalled in all products sold or repaired with in the store. As the main assembly manager my key role was to lead a team of five to seven people on the assembly line of deconstruction of donated computers and or build computers for online sales or in-store. Also make repairs to printer's and fax machines, Iphones, Ipads, gaming consoles and third party controllers outside of issued warranty dates. Repairs include software and hardware and to also install and run CAT5 cables for home networks and computing needs. Other duties include setting up in home networks for customers.

My duties at Pomeroy as a computer configuration specialist consisted of imaging twenty to thirty computers or servers at a time while installing computer software. Duties also included finding missing device drivers, setting up server sessions for mass imaging projects, and using Symantec's ghost or via fog server or flash drives. Clients involved were Cintas, Cincinnati Children's Hospital, Fifth Third Bank and Goodyear Tires. I also printed shipping and tracking information labels and packed components in boxes.

Compucom in partner with Fidelity Investments with Robert Half Technology

At Compucom I was part of a windows 7 migration team at the Fidelity Investment campus located in Covington, Kentucky. Our main objective was to back up the user's data using USMT and have the computers deleted from SCCM according to asset tag numbers. We also built custom image profiles assigned to our customers according to their business groups. Applications such as Office and Outlook were selected and installed using Fidelity's in house application installer. Customer hard drives were swapped for a new hard drive and held for three days in case the customer was not satisfied with the backup or any problems has occurred. Other tasks included building desktop profiles and image selection either within our lab or using Windows remote desktop console. I deployed replacement computers with in the three buildings on campus and replaced hardware such as video cards and video input/output wiring.
