and International Hotel Chain are seeking a Hotel Beverage Manager
for one of our 5 star hotels in the country.

The role of a Hotel
Beverage Manager is to be responsible for managing operations of all
Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience
while training staff and working within budgeted guidelines.
The Key Performance Indicators for our Hotel
Beverage Managers are:
brand service standards are delivered in every area. Evaluate levels
of Guest satisfaction with a focus on continuous improvement. Be
aware of trends and propose ideas to build the range and quality of
beverages within the hotel. Optimize sales and contain costs,
identifying any areas for action. Set achievable budgets and other
short- and long-term functional goals. Provide effective leadership
to the beverage teams to ensure targets are met and exceeded both for
the hotel and for Team Member development goals. Report directly to
the Food & Beverage Manager.
Desired Skills & Experience include:
A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent, required. In
depth knowledge of the hotel, leisure, and/or service sector. A
proven track record of success in Beverage operations. Demonstrated
commercial capability to deliver profit, control costs and build
customer loyalty. Exceptional communication skills and the leadership
capability to create a winning team.
