International Hotel Chain are seeking a Hotel Sales & Marketing
Manager for one of our 5 star hotels in the country.
The role of a Hotel Sales &
Marketing Manager is to build a marketing plan and associated sales &
marketing activities to execute with the Sales & Marketing Team
to achieve Sales & Marketing targets and company goals.
The Key Performance Indicators for our Hotel Sales
& Marketing Managers are:
leadership, guidance and assistance relating to the execution of
marketing and sales functions, policies and standards. Capitalize on
Hotel€™s marketing, sales programs and resources. Develop and
implement strategic plans. Direct coordination on the development and
execution of Marketing Communication strategies. Maintain strong,
positive media relationships. Maintain update Brand Identity of hotel
in all departments. Provide strategic revenue management plans.
Desired Skills & Experience include
Extensive knowledge of marketing, negotiating
and sales procedures. Ability to manage and organize complex projects
and establish priorities consistent with department/hotel objectives.
Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers,
department heads and team members. Ability to manage multiple
projects, meet and work effectively under time and resource
constraints. Proficiency in the use and operation of computer
systems. Relevant degree, in sales or other relevant business field,
from an academic institution.
