We are expanding our Company and therefore, are looking for a highly-motivated full-time New Talent Acquisition Representative to recruit the best people to join our dynamic and growing team! This is an opportunity for you to use your experience to help us attract and recruit the best of the best to work in our offices in NJ and PA!
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a New Talent Acquisition Representative you will assist the Human Resources Administrator with all recruiting activities in order to discover the best talent for our sales technical and administrative positions. Your main responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies utilizing various tools to identify quality candidates, find and cultivate highly qualified passive candidates and build a pipeline of candidates. You will administer the applicant tracking system, screen resumes, and conduct telephone, video and in-person interviews as part of the screening process. Additional responsibilities may include creating job descriptions and job postings, researching and administering applicant testing, collaborating with colleges and universities career service departments and participating in job fairs, administering the intern and co-op programs, performing reference and background checks, extending offers of employment, participating in Human Resources projects and performing other duties as required.
You will participate in company events and meetings, which may involve local travel to our DesignPoint offices. Additional travel to job fairs and other college events may be required.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS position
Minimum of 3 years of successful recruiting experience required (strong preference will be given to those with experience recruiting sales candidates)
Experience with on-line recruiting is required
Recruiting via social media sources, such as LinkedIn, is required
College and job fair recruiting experience is a plus
SPHR or PHR certification is a plus
Excellent computer skills are a must; proficiency with MS Office is required
Familiarity with HRIS and Applicant Tracking programs is a plus
Strong organizational skills with emphasis on detail management is required
Expert time management skills are necessary, as you will be handling recruiting for multiple jobs at one time
Outstanding presentation, oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent relationship-building skills are required
Must be comfortable cold calling, “hunting” for candidates, and conducting phone, video and in-person interviews
Relies on experience and good judgment to fill positions and accomplish recruiting goals
Bachelor’s degree is required
